Leafy Suits for Paintball, Airsoft and Woodsball

Why a leafy suit for woodsball

On wooded fields, most eliminations start with someone spotting a shape that does not belong. A 3D leafy suit breaks up your outline so you can hold a position, flank or set an ambush without being spotted. Compared with a ghillie suit, it is much lighter, cooler and less likely to snag while you move. Read our woodsball camo guide for more.

Which suit to choose

  • Adult Leafy Suit: under two pounds, with breathable mesh, four zippered pockets and a carry bag.
  • Outfitter Series: a BDU-style build with cargo pockets, a chest phone pocket and a rear pouch.
  • Youth Leafy Suit: for younger players up to 4 feet 10 inches tall.

Add leafy gloves for your hands and a neck gaiter under your mask. Leafy camo strips can help break up the outline of a marker or pack without blocking anything you need to see or use.

Safety first

Always wear the eye, face and ear protection your field requires, and follow field rules about camouflage and marker covers. Never cover the parts of your mask that your field requires to stay visible or clear.

Tips for staying hidden

  1. Stay low and use real cover; the suit works best against brush and trees.
  2. Move during noise and action, and freeze when the other team is scanning.
  3. Match your pattern to the field: green for summer, brown for fall and winter.
  4. Hydrate. Leafy suits breathe, but summer games are still hot.

Patterns for every field

Green summer woods: Mossy Oak Greenleaf or Obsession. Fall and winter: Realtree Timber or APX.
